4. Commissions

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law, regulation, advertising standards, or platform policies.

Affiliate disclosures must be easy for consumers to notice and understand.

You must not hide, obscure, or misrepresent your financial relationship with Healthexprtus.com or any promoted merchant.

7. Advertising and Marketing Rules

You must not:

8. Health and Wellness Promotions

Because Healthexprtus.com may promote health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, and supplement-related products, affiliates must take particular care with health-related advertising.

Affiliates must not:

  • Claim that a supplement is a substitute for medical treatment.

9. Paid Advertising

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if we believe the affiliate:

  • Violated applicable law
  • Violated a platform’s policies
  • Damaged the reputation of Healthexprtus.com or a promoted merchant
  • Manipulated affiliate tracking

Upon termination, you must stop using affiliate links, promotional materials, trademarks, and other program resources.

18. Commission Reversals

We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions associated with transactions that are:

  • Canceled
  • Charged back

  • Duplicate

19. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee income.

We make no representation that an affiliate will earn a particular amount of money.

20. Relationship of the Parties

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or franchise relationship between Healthexprtus.com and the Affiliate.

You are an independent party responsible for your own business activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

You do not have authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of Healthexprtus.com unless expressly authorized in writing.

21. Limitation of Liability

22. Indemnification

23. Changes to This Agreement

24. Governing Law
